This site collects almost nothing. What it does collect, and what happens to it, is set out below in full.
Who we are
Sansekai Enterprise (SSM registration 201303270173 (002271873-U)), registered in Malaysia, is the data user responsible for personal data collected through ssekai.app. You can reach us, including for any request about your data, at [email protected]. The owner of the business is accountable for data protection compliance.
What we collect
Only what you type into the contact form, plus one technical item:
| Data | Why |
|---|---|
| Name | To address you in a reply. |
| Email address | To reply to you. This is the only way we can. |
| Company (optional) | Context for the enquiry. You may leave it blank. |
| Your message | The enquiry itself. |
| IP address | To limit how many messages one connection can send, which is what stops the form being used for spam. It is included in the email we receive and is not stored anywhere else. |
What we do not collect
This website runs no analytics, loads no third-party scripts, fonts or trackers, and sets no cookies on visitors. Nothing follows you here and nothing follows you away. There is no tracking to consent to, which is why you were not shown a cookie banner.
One cookie exists on this site, and you will never receive it: a sign-in cookie set only for the business owner when logging in to read enquiries. It is strictly necessary for that login, carries no tracking, and is never set for a visitor.
Why we can process it
Consent. You give it by choosing to send us a message. You can withdraw it at any time by emailing us, and we will delete what we hold.
Where it goes
Your message is stored on a server we control in Malaysia, so that we can read and answer it. Only the business owner can read it, behind a password.
We are also notified of new enquiries through Telegram. That notification contains your name, email address and message, so Telegram (Telegram FZ-LLC) processes it as our notification provider, and it may be stored on their servers outside Malaysia. If you would rather not have your message pass through Telegram, email us directly instead of using this form.
We do not sell your data, do not share it with anyone else, and do not use it for marketing.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months from your last contact with us, so that we can pick up a conversation you started. After that they are deleted. If you become a client, correspondence relating to the engagement is kept for as long as we are required to keep business records.
Your rights
Under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010, you may:
- ask what personal data we hold about you, and get a copy;
- ask us to correct it if it is wrong;
- ask us to delete it;
- withdraw your consent, and limit how we use it.
Email [email protected] and we will respond within 21 days. There is no charge.
Keeping it safe
The site is served over HTTPS. Stored enquiries are readable only through a password-protected area, restricted to the business owner. The number of messages one connection may send is limited, which is what the IP address is for.
If something goes wrong
If personal data we hold is lost or exposed in a way likely to cause you harm, we will notify you and the Personal Data Protection Commissioner within 72 hours of becoming aware of it.
Complaints
Tell us first — [email protected] — and we will try to put it right. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Personal Data Protection Department (JPDP), Malaysia: www.pdp.gov.my.
Visitors from the EU or UK
If you are in the EU or UK, the same rights apply in substance, and the same contact address handles them. Because we set no cookies and run no trackers, the only personal data we process is what you deliberately send us.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it. We do not make changes retroactive.
