How we work
Three steps, in order

Map
We look at how the work is done now — the actual clicks, files and messages, not the org chart. You get a written map of where time goes and what is worth changing. This stands on its own: if you take it and do nothing else, it was still worth having.

Build
We ship the smallest thing that runs in production, on your real data, and prove it against a week of reality. No big-bang launches — you see it working before you commit further.
- 03
Hand over
The code is yours, in your repository, documented well enough for another engineer to pick up. If you never call us again, nothing breaks. That is the standard.

Asked before
- How do you charge?
- Per engagement, quoted before work starts. Small mapping engagements are fixed-price; builds are quoted once we know what we are building. We do not bill by the hour for open-ended work, and we do not put you on a retainer to keep the lights on.
- Who owns the code?
- You do. It lives in your repository, under your account, from the first commit. We keep no keys and hold nothing hostage.
- What happens to our data?
- It stays in your systems. We work in your accounts wherever possible. Where we must hold credentials to build, they are yours to revoke, and we hand them back at the end. Anything you send through this website is covered by our privacy policy.
- Do you work with businesses outside Malaysia?
- Yes. We are registered and based in Malaysia and work remotely; timezone matters more than borders.
- How small is too small?
- If the repetitive work costs you less than a few hours a month, automating it will not pay for itself, and we will say so. That is a real answer, not modesty.
